How to Ship

We offer trouble free and a fast track system through customs via Canada Post, US Parcel Post, UPS or Fed Ex.

We can provide you with the documentation and address labels for your convenience.

Roll the rug up along the shortest side with the right side facing outwards.
Place inside a box or around a cardboard tube.  Wrap.  Please include your name, address, phone number and a note describing the damage and what you want done.

Adequately insure the item with the courier against damage or loss.

Please email or call us with the tracking number so that we can enter it into our log book.  We believe in the importance of communication.
